GREFPAC is honored to have as our guest speaker, Dan Fries, Owner and President of Daniel Fries & Associates, Inc., Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants, established in 1987.
The Program will be an Update on Appraisal Changes. Dan will discuss the the Top Legs and Regs that have occurred this year including new legislation resulting from our Mortgage Market Meltdown. You'll learn what other Congressional Activity is in the pipeline as well as a state agency briefing and updates on what is happening on the state level. Here is your best opportunity to network with others in the industry, and stay current in this rapidly changing market.

From North: I-75 South to exit 255 (W. Paces Ferry Rd./Northside Pkwy.). At light at end of exit ramp, turn left onto W. Paces Ferry Rd. Take immediate right at first light onto Northside Pkwy. Go approximately one mile. Building is on right, between Atlanta Speech School and St. Anne's Episcopal Church. Park in Junior League lot.
From South: I-75 North to exit 255 (W. Paces Ferry Rd./Northside Pkwy.). At light at end of exit ramp, turn right onto Northside Pkwy. Go approximately ½ mile. Building is on right, between Atlanta Speech School and St. Anne's Episcopal Church. Park in Junior League lot.
